Maison Montauzer Black Pudding

The Montauzer family set up their pork butchery in 1946 and, to this day, are still using hand-crafted techniques to make their products. Using Ibaïama pigs that are born and raised in the Basque Country, from the small village of Guiche in southwestern France in the Aquitaine region, they produce high-quality charcuterie and hams, as well as black puddings.

We’re excited to be supplying their Black Pudding. According to the family, one of the best ways to eat their black puddings is thickly sliced and with mash and caramelised apples.
