We’re currently looking for experienced and dependable 3.5T and 7.5T drivers to join our growing team delivering fresh produce across London. If you take pride in your work and care about quality, this is the role for you. 

What You’ll Do:

• Carry out multi-drop deliveries and collections across London 

• Represent the company with professionalism, friendliness, and care 

• Build strong, respectful relationships with customers 

• Ensure deliveries are accurate, timely, and safely loaded/unloaded 

What We’re Looking For:

• A can-do attitude, excellent punctuality, and strong work ethic 

• Physically fit and capable of lifting produce crates 

• Over 21 years old (for insurance purposes) 

• Confident, clear verbal English skills 

• A valid UK driving licence 

• Need to be available on working during the night 

• Reliability, responsibility, and team spirit 

• The ability to work a rotating rota consisting of one week with five working days and the subsequent week with six working days.

We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Warehouse Operative to join our passionate and supportive team. Whether you're loading, picking, or packing, your attention to detail and positive attitude will help us deliver on our promise of quality and service — every time. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Picking and packing orders with accuracy and care 

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment 

• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets 

• Following company procedures and health & safety standards 

What we’re looking for:

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not essential — we’ll train the right person 

• Need to be available working during the night shift

We’re looking for experienced electric bike couriers to join our growing team and handle our second wave of fresh produce deliveries across London. As an e-bike driver, you’re not just delivering fruit and veg — you're a brand ambassador, a customer service champion, and a visible part of our commitment to a greener city. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Deliver fresh produce quickly and safely to customers across London 

• Use your local knowledge of bike-friendly routes to navigate efficiently 

• Build a friendly rapport with chefs, caterers, and hospitality teams 

• Represent Smith & Brock with professionalism and pride — on the road and at the doorstep

• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual individuals 

• A friendly, positive attitude and solid customer service mindset 

• Physically fit and comfortable cycling in central London 

• Good verbal English and communication skills 

• Familiarity with London bike routes
