Organic Baby Purple Artichoke 💜

We’re excited to receive these beautiful Organic Baby Purple Artichokes from our friends at Bedlam Farms following their gorgeous Purple Sprouting Broccoli and Asparagus.

🌱 Picked on long stems and harvested when they are immature, leaves of the artichokes have a dark purple outer covering that lightens as they approach the heart. Because of their deeper colouring, baby artichokes have a sweeter flavour than their green counterpart.

They’re a great and versatile crop to cook with! Delicate, mild, with a nutty flavour!
