How about some Wild Asparagus 💁🏻

If you’re a fan of asparagus, you must try Wild Asparagus!

It is nutty and earthy and can be prepared in the same way as regular asparagus. Its earthy flavour pairs well with mushrooms, nuts, and fish and can also be eaten raw in salads.

🌱Wild asparagus (Korenaar asparagus), which is the young shoots of the Ornithogalum pyrenaicum plant before it flowers. Looking very similar to regular asparagus; the wild asparagus has thin, short green spears with a wheat-like head and a number of flower buds at the tip. A single spear can develop into a two-foot-tall stalk with several green-white, star-shaped flowers when not harvested.
