Our snacking during lockdown has been out of control, so we decided to use some of our vitamin packed kale and turn it into delicious crisps. It’s super simple, just tear your kale into smaller pieces and discard the steams. Toss the kale in a bowl with a drizzle of oil, sea salt and your choice of spices. Lay it flat on a baking tray and put in the preheated oven until it starts to crisp up. You can thank us later!
